Dominican Online Reference Assistant (DORA) is a virtual reference assistant that provides instant answers on the queries about about access and retrieval of information such as: availability of book/s in the library; reservation of books ; assistance in using the internet for cross-referencing, and; other questions regarding the SDCA DLRC. DORA is available every functioning hours of the DLRC. The DLRC is open every Mondays and Saturdays 8:00 am - 5:00 pm ; Tuesdays to Fridays 7:00 am - 7:00 pm.
